Guided meditation with harp music
Breathing exercices
Mantras and toning to open the chakras
Sacred healing chants in languages of light, including Sanskrit, Latinand Hebrew
Singing bowls, fairy balls and bells will be provided for you to accompany yourselves, while your facilitator joyfully accompanies you on the harp!
