Angel’s yoga

Yoga in the company of angels, come feed your inspiration and vitality by spreading your wings to new possibilities!

A fresh and revitalizing practice, where flexibility and relaxation of the body will be utilized to create balance and well-being within oneself while improving their physical abilities. The emphasis will be on conscious breathing, concentration and the feeling that will lead to a profound communion of the body and mind with his breath of life, a space for a process of inner healing.

From a series of postures and slow movements held on the ground for a few minutes in an attitude of acceptance and observation, this type of gentle yoga is especially beneficial to release tension in the joints, relax the spine, stretch non-muscle tissues (connective tissue), promote calm and relaxation, regulate the energy flow in the body and develop an awareness of the Self. The session will conclude with a period of guided relaxation known as yoga nidra where angelic energies will be discussed creating in yourself a fertile space for large transformations. Accessible to all levels of experience.

Materials needed: comfortable clothing, yoga mat, blanket and cousin for meditation.
