The losses we experience are varied, it is a reality that can be very trying. It can be the loss of a job, an animal, health, safety, a dream, etc. Each of the significant losses experienced causes grief, and the bereaved person must learn to overcome this ordeal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">We all experience many bereavements in our life. To know how to identify them, to be able to fully live our emotions and to know the stages of the process of the resolution of the mourning and the loss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">This workshop also allows participants to develop strategies for themselves to cope with the lived experience of the situation in question.
